Since 2008, Matt is PMG’s very own Swiss army knife. Adept in Artist Development, Management, Audio / Video Production, Events Management, Web3, and more. His entrepreneurial and leadership strengths infuse a dynamic edge into PMG's approach, navigating the ever-evolving music and entertainment industry.
Anastasia Lemmond, Administrative Director
Starting in 2012, Anastasia joined PMG as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing her expertise as a creative visionary and master multi-tasker. She also holds the role of Administrative and Finance Director, leveraging her background in entertainment and hospitality to effectively manage operations and financial aspects of the company. With her strong leadership skills and industry knowledge, Anastasia plays a crucial role in driving PMG's success and growth.

With over 20 years in the music industry, he's been pivotal in evolving Prevail's music production, showcasing dynamic expertise in audio production and pioneering the Rock 'n' Roll BnB concept. Sean's commitment to quality amplifies the buzz around PMG's Audio department, evident in his diverse portfolio spanning various genres like rock, hip-hop, blues, orchestral, electronic, and country.

Steph joined Prevail in 2020 with just 4 years of video and audio editing experience but quickly mastered the art of creating unique and engaging content. With her passion for music and TV shows, she finds inspiration in fresh ideas, eye-catching edits and motion graphics. She’s worked on a wide variety of media formats and adapts easily to fit different styles.
